Ronald N. Cooke worked closely with me on an important, customer-facing Six Sigma project during my time as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Caterpillar. He made significant and valued contributions to the project, which had a tight deadline. (Ron’s initiative and leadership were a key to it’s successful completion.) He also volunteered for additional work in future projects. He was a valued contributor during his time at Caterpillar.

Ron Cooke worked for me as a senior development engineer at Caterpillar Inc. in Product Support. He was responsible for developing repair procedures and technical guidelines for dealers to utilize in the servicing of product. Ron was accountable in meeting objectives, always met attendance requirements, and was a team player. I found Ron at his best in researching and gathering data to determine direction for repairs or determining  information management. Ron managed our direction and inventory for the groups documentation that was published. Ron was excellent at maintaining proper inventory and controlling costs. Ron was very good in being involved in 6-sigma and being an active participant. It is my recommendation Ron Cooke be considered for employment. He works long hours to meet goals and produces quality materials.
